Lobster' by Dan Fenelon. Dan Fenelon has a psychological vision; that which he approaches his art with visceral intensity. His inspiration ranges from antiquity, art brut, neo-expressionism, pop art, and urban art. His process starts out as paintings worked in layers. He sands off the image, then splatter, collage, paint, and reconstruct it. As a result, his work is made via mixed media. Dan has hosted 18 one-man shows from Chelsea, New York to L. A. , California. He’s well known as the operator and resident artist of the MAM (Montclair Art Museum) Art Truck.
